„2G“ rules and obligation to wear a mask
(compulsory in Berlin museums from 16th November 2021)
School children from Berlin under the age of 18 are excluded from the 2G rule and are admitted with their student ID card or a BVG school ticket. Children under 6 are currently admitted without a certificate of a negative Covid test. Pupils from other federal states and countries must be able to show a certificate of a negative Covid test before visiting.
Adults must be vaccinated or recovered. You must show a digital certificate of vaccination or a current digital certificate of recovery at the time of your visit. The identity of the holder is proven by a valid photo ID.
Adults who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons must present an official doctor’s certificate and a certificate of a current negative PCR test.
Medical masks and distance
Please wear a medical mask in all areas of the museum. Children under the age of 6 are excluded. The minimum distance of 1.5 m between visitors applies everywhere.
Refunding of tickets that cannot be used
If you have already purchased tickets and do not have 2G proof or do not meet the above requirements, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Preset exhibition routes
Please keep to the designated walking routes.
Wash your hands
Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly (at least 20-30 seconds) with soap and water or disinfect them. There are disinfection stations in the museum at regular intervals.
Have good cough etiquette
Even if you wear a mask: Please don’t cough or sneeze into your hands. Use your elbow or handkerchief instead. Keep your hands away from your face (eyes, nose, mouth).
Symptoms of illness
If you have symptoms of a cold, you will unfortunately not be able to visit the MACHmit! museum, even if you bring a negative test with you.
